- Stock Availability: Our inventory operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item can be successfully added to your cart on our website, it is currently in stock in our warehouse. You are also welcome to contact us via the website to verify stock levels before your visit.
- How to Hold an Item: To guarantee your item is reserved, you must purchase it through our website and select "Local Pick Up" at checkout.
- Walk-in Disclaimer: Without a confirmed online "Local Pick Up" order, we cannot guarantee product availability. We are not responsible for items that sell out prior to your arrival at the warehouse.

1. Professional Installation
While we strive for perfect execution, minor cosmetic wear (such as superficial scratches) is an inherent risk of the installation process and is not covered. However, if our team causes significant damage that affects the item's functionality or overall appearance, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
2. Wood Characteristics & Minor Scratches
Due to natural wood variations and the manufacturing process, minor surface scratches may occasionally occur and are not considered defects. If you are unsatisfied with a wooden component, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide a free replacement board.
3. Self-Installation & Improper Use
We are not liable for any damages, structural instability, or injuries resulting from:
- Incorrect self-assembly or failure to follow provided instructions.
- Exceeding the specified weight capacities.
- Unintended use or placement in unsuitable environments.
4. Quality Claims & Dispute Resolution
To process a defect claim, we require high-resolution photos, a detailed description, and your order information.
- Inspections: We will inspect returned items to determine the cause of damage. If the issue is a manufacturing defect, our standard repair/replacement policy applies. If the damage was caused by improper self-installation or misuse, the claim will be denied.
- Disputes: We always aim to resolve issues through friendly negotiation. Should a dispute escalate, we will provide formal, objective inspection reports to assist in legal resolutions.
Return and Refund Policy

1. General Returns (Within 7 Days)
- Unopened Items: Unused products in their original packaging can be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Open Box: Opened items are inspected upon return. You will receive a full refund if the item is completely unused. Items showing signs of use, assembly, or damage will incur up to a 50% restocking fee or may be refused.
- Processing: Proof of purchase is required. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 7 days. Returns are processed Monday – Friday only.
2. Defects & Wood Characteristics
- Significant Defects: If an item has a major manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days with clear photos or videos for an assessment, replacement, or refund.
- Normal Wood Imperfections: Minor surface chips or slight roughness at the cutting edges are inherent to the wood manufacturing process and do not qualify as valid reasons for return.
3. Cancellations & Exchanges
- Order Cancellations: Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations made after 7 days will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Incorrect Items: For in-store purchases, bring the item and receipt back to the store. For delivered orders, contact our after-sales team.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Assembled furniture
- Clearance items
- Products that are heavily used, dirty, modified, or damaged post-purchase.
